Shilpa Shetty, who looks fabulous even at 40, has finally revealed the secrets of her amazing figure. In her book 'The Great Indian Diet', co-authored by nutrition and fitness expert Luke Coutinho, the actress has talked about healthy weight-loss, which is the chief reason for that perfect 10 body.

The book was launched yesterday, with Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor and Varun Dhawan as the guests of honour.
Hrithik Roshan was also supposed to attend the event, but couldn't make it. "Hrithik definitely wanted to come, but he missed his flight," Shilpa explained.
Her parents and actress-sister Shamita were also present at the do, along with husband Raj Kundra.
Manish Paul anchored the event and left everyone in splits with his humour.
When asked about returning to acting, Shilpa said, "I have read five scripts in recent times, but didn't like three of them. I can't talk about the remaining two, but official announcements will be made soon. There's also a single with Bhushan Kumar (T-Series Head Honcho) that will go on floors soon."
Among others who attended the do were actor R. Madhavan and his wife Sarita.
